Organization of MAGZI
MAGZI has a number of administrative structures which contribute to carry out its duties satisfactorily:
- Board of Directors;
- General management
- directorate of administration and finance;
- Technical directorate
- Commercial and marketing directorate

- non developed lands;
- industrial buildings.
- contribute to the development of the industrial sector in Cameroon;
- welcome and help businessmen to set up their industrial activities;
- participate in the reduction of unemployment,management of urban, near-urban spaces and the environment of Cameroon.
- the construction of basic infrastructure(road networks, sanitation, various networks...)
- building of collective facilities (social centre, first aid centre, sport facilities, industrial restaurants, buildings for various services...);
- construction of frontage and linking roads.
- developed lands are put at the disposal of businessmen and other investors seeking facilities to set up their industrial activities through renting for a minimum period of 18 years;
- the renting rates are set according to how developed are the lands concerned and the nature of the activities envisaged. The rates are subject to modifications.

The total area of our land is 1 265 ha with eight (o8) industrial zones present in seven (07) of the ten (10) provinces that Cameroon counts.

For lands which are yet to be developed, a prefinancing agreement is signed between the company and MAGZI. This agreement provides for the terms of remittance of the said prefinancing. |

Land request file
To obtain a land or a building within MAGZI industrial zones, you need to submit a land request with the following items:
- a land request form addressed to MAGZI Managing Director;
- an extract of MAGZI's statutes;
- the study of feasibility of the business envisaged;
- the land request questionnaire (provided by MAGZI) duly filled by the applicant
- the construction plan of your business;
- your trade register and credit on personal property numbers
- your tax payer card
Once these item are submitted, the lease contract is signed and given to you within 21 days maximum, after payment of the setting up fees(boundary marking + refundable deposit equivalent to one year rent).
